Lucia has been successful in the San Francisco Bay area, California for more than 24 years servicing the U.S. and Latin American trading industry. With her tenacity and hard work in business administration’s experiences and negotiations and commerce deals, she has acquired several businesses in the San Francisco, Napa and Silicon Valley areas. She is currently CEO of Leonard Gonzalez Enterprise, an international business development partnering and associating with many different large companies, resorts and my other investments. Using its resources to provide quality products, conduct import and exporting, develop international marketing, establish global e-commerce, and assist with business management and international trade, as well as distributing logistics and negotiations between businesses internationally.

Dr. Judy Castro
Marketing - Executive Director

Judy has over 25 years experience working for major firms spanning three business disciplines; in telecom with AT&T, investment banking with Charles Schwab and Bio- technology with Genentech. Her managerial background includes working in product marketing, project management, strategic planning, contract negotiations, human resources, event planning and public relations. During her professional career, Judy acquired a Master’s degree in Human Resources and a Doctoral degree in Organizational Leadership. Her international work experience at AT&T included teaching best practices in contract negotiations to Telmex managers in Mexico City . While working for Genentech, she traveled frequently to the product manufacturing unit in Spain to develop an effective communications plan between the central IT organization in California and its European counterpart. She is presently the Vice Chair for the San Francisco Hispanic Chamber of Commerce.

Edgard Estonina
Certified Public Accountant
Edgar has a solid track record of over 19 years of financial experience at both private pre-IPO companies as well as public Fortune 500 companies. He has served in a variety of finance roles including Director of Finance for National Oncology Alliance, a pharmaceutical group purchasing organization, where he helped grow the company into a profitable business and was a key player in its ultimate acquisition. Edgar has also served as Manager of Finance and Planning in the early stages of Kasenna, Inc., a pre-IPO IPTV Company funded by USVP. Prior to that Edgar held various finance roles with Hewlett Packard, Levi Strauss & Co., Autodesk, and other medium and small sized companies. Edgar began his career in the audit department of Deloitte & Touche. He is a Certified Public Account and holds a bachelor’s of science degree in Accounting from Golden Gate University in San Francisco, California.

Eric Chelini
Project Management

With over 20 years experience in finance, accounting, operations, and technology, Eric Chelini leads the firm in fulfilling its mission to provide superior service. Mr. Chelini industry experience includes public accounting, retail, mortgage, and consumer and business Internet start-ups. Mr. Chelini received his MBA from California State University at Hayward in 1996 and received a Master of Science degree from Golden Gate University in San Francisco with a concentration in Electronic Business Systems in 2003. He is also a board member of both the Asia Silicon Valley Connection.  In addition, Mr. Chelini is recognized by the Project Management Institute as Project Management Professional© and by the American Society of Quality as a Six Sigma Green Belt.

Charles Foster
Executive Director
 provides consulting services in airport and seaport administration, operation, facility maintenance and development and trade development. Mr. Foster has 34 years experience in operating domestic and international air carrier airports and a world class seaport authority.  Prior to the opening of his consultant practice, Mr. Foster was executive director of the port of Oakland which operates an air carrier airport, general aviation airport, world class seaport, rail passenger and maritime cargo terminals marinas, waterfront real estate development; i.e. hotels, restaurants, theaters/entertainment centers office apartments buildings condominiums, and live /workspace.  Mr. Foster has work on reauthorization legislation, appropriations legislation and lead public finance teams in funding multi- million dollar infrastructure projects.  Mr. Foster has worked on air quality and water quality projects and implemented air quality and water quality mitigation measure in support of project development.

Robert Huibers 
Treasurer
Robert has over 16 years of experience in the Real Estate and Finance profession and in 2004 obtained his Real Estate Brokers’ license. He has assisted well over 500 families and investors participate in the acquisition of their respective Real Estate portfolios utilizing proven Strategic Mortgage Planning techniques. Roberts’ expertise lies in underwriting of loan requests by following lender/investor set guidelines, determining whether the documentation provided are in compliance to standards, the course of action required to be in compliance, and the terms and acceptability of risk of prospective loans.

Elizabeth Searle
Secretary 
Elizabeth is General Manager for a reputable export freight forwarder in the San Francisco Bay Area, August 1980 - July 2000. Elizabeth is specialized in export coordination, documentation and logistics, letters of credit for Central and South America, the Middle East and Russia. Elizabeth is committed to developing and delivering integrated logistics solutions of outstanding quality and operational excellence, personalized to industry and customer requirements.

Sergey Mariniuk
Consultant
Sergey is an expert in small and medium business network systems administration, database administration, website development and security. Prior to co-founding FastLaneTek, Sergey started his own IT consulting business. As an independent, Sergey successfully guided countless businesses through the intricacies of IT modernization and network upgrades. FastLaneTek now benefits from the prominent consulting he continues to do for the Small Business Administration - Technology Advisory Program. He brings more than 15 years of experience in the Networking realm.
